Today I was at the boys awards ceremony for their basketball camp this week and an older woman came up to me and told me I was a selfish pig and walked away.Next she came back over and said she hopes that my children die. Finally before she walked away I asked why. Her response" Some people can't have children and it is not fair that you get 5 of them.(she doesn't know and will never know it is twins). I politely said to her I understand where you are coming from but please do not say such rude and hurtful things about me and my children. SHEESHHHHHH People. Next a lady told me I was going to pop. She offered to take me to the hospital. Do I look that pregnant? Maybe it is just the Friday hormones! 4 more days then by by Cali under August 7th!!!!! YEA!!!

Thursday Night Activities

Tonight we have a million things to do so it should be a fun night.
Ben-Soccer practice at 5-6:30 Baseball practice from 7-8 Baseball game 8-9:30
Levi-Baseball practice from 7-8 Baseball game 8-9:30
Noah-Soccer game-6-7:30
Mia-Come with Mommy and Daddy to everything!


So we have a very busy night.
We have also been busy during the day. Ben and Levi are in basketball camp all week from 9-3:30 and Noah and Mia are in camp in the mornings. They have been loving it. I have been shopping a lot this week and just relaxing. We leave next Wednesday for our trip! My kids are so excited. Anyways Mia and Noah should be getting up from their naps soon and then we are going to play outside and go pick up Ben and Levi from camp! Have a great day!

12 Weeks!

I am 12 weeks and 1 day! Yeaaa!!!! I am feeling great too! We spent most of the weekend outside by the pool relaxing! I also had an appointment today and all is going great!

The Families Have Been Told!

We told everyone yesterday! We went to my SIL for father's day lunch with DH's family and the kids gave him the gift! We got him a shirt that said grandpa to be of twins due jan 2013!He opened it then looked and me then at DH then back at me. Then he said I am going to be a grandpa of twins! It was very cute and DH's family was thrilled and so excited for us! Of course me and my MIL both start crying!  Then my family. We had everyone over for dinner. Same gift for him. I gave him the gift and and sat next to him and watched him open it. He opened it and said you have got to be kidding. Katie that is great. I am so excited congrats! My mom is going what what! He turned the shirt around and my mom goes."I am going to be a grandma of a 2nd set of twins! (My older sister has twins)! So both families are very excited for us and can't wait!

Saturday Swims!

We are CRAZY!!!!

We still haven't told our families. We are planning on telling them on Father's Day. But I know I will get the response that goes a little something like this"Katelyn Jill Stern, are you crazy" Yes Mom me and David are crazy. She will enjoy being right. I do believe that we are nuts for even trying for a 5th which turned into 2. But I love my husband oh so much and now we are having twins! So I am crazy. Yes crazy in love with my babies! Hi! My name is Katie! I am 32 years old. I am married to David. We have 4 amazing children! Benjamin Daniel was born on November 11th 2005. He is 6 years old and just finished 1st grade! Our 2nd child is Levi Samuel he was born on April 23rd 2007 and is 5. He is starting Kindergarten in the fall. Our 3rd is Noah Ryan. Noah was born on June 6th 2009 and just turned 3! He will be starting pre-school in the fall! Last our baby right now is Mia Paige. She was born on August 20th 20011 and is almost 10 months old! I am a stay at home mom and absolutely love it! We are also expecting identical twins due January 6th 2013. It was a complete shock as we thought we would be done after 4 but we are having 5 and 6! We are thrilled! Thanks for joining us on this crazy ride!
